Overview
Qi̘v Qoni̊q was founded durring the late 12th century in summer of the year 1083, by Sheg̈m Llywelyn Pritchard Leyshon. The establishment of Qi̘v Qoni̊q was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Qi̘v Qoni̊q's construction back out of the project. Sheg̈m Llywelyn Pritchard Leyshon pushed on reguardles, and Qi̘v Qoni̊q was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Qi̘v Qoni̊q was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qi̘v Qoni̊q is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Qi̘v Qoni̊q is buildings have been located at convienant points along the valley Qi̘v Qoni̊q was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow flagstone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The city has a set of well fortified walls, with gatehouses, watch towers, battlments, and even a moat, which are fashioned from stone and timber. Qi̘v Qoni̊q's walls are, howeaver, fashioned from stone and timber. While unorthadox, the design looks to be functional to a reasonable degree. With luck, the untested design will remain untested for years to come. The city's unusual though effective defenses are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.
A look around Qi̘v Qoni̊q gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Cultural Notes
Qi̘v Qoni̊q's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
